A Week of Soul-Level Detox.
Step off the grid and into the sacred. This isn’t just a tour—it’s a full-body offering to something bigger. Spend your days walking with purpose, lighting butterlamps, chanting mantras, and sending good vibes to all sentient beings (yes, even that one guy who cut you off in traffic).

We’ve thrown in a bit of sightseeing too—because even monks need a view. And if your soul’s calling for a remix? We’ll tailor it to your vibe.

Prayers. Pilgrimage. A little tourism. A lot of transcendence.
Welcome to spiritual alignment with altitude.

AM/PM: Land in Paro. Escape the Matrix.
Touch down in a world where time slows and mountains stare back. From the runway, you’re on a 50km ride straight into Thimphu—the capital, your basecamp, and the place where the real story begins.

Paro → Thimphu: 50km | 45 mins
Welcome to altitude with attitude.

AM: Monasteries, Mountains & the Origins of Devotion.
Start with Tango Buddhist School, then lace up for a 30-minute hike to Chari Monastery—where Bhutan’s monastic roots first took hold. Add a stop at Pangrizampa, where astrology and spirituality collide in a centuries-old classroom of the cosmos.

Hike dirt. Touch legacy. Read your stars.

PM: Prayers, Past Lives & Local Vibes.
Feel the pulse of compassion at Zilukha Nunnery with prayers to Avalokiteshwara, then drop into the Folk Heritage Museum for a hit of ancestral wisdom. Cap it off at Kaja Throm Farmers Market—where incense, produce, and mountain energy collide.

This day? It’s ancient spirit meets modern soul.

AM: Ascend to Dochula. Walk Among Clouds.
Drive up to Dochula Pass, where 108 chortens crown the ridge like a gateway to something bigger. From there, hit the trail—2.5 hours through rhododendron forests and into the sky—to reach Lungchutse Temple. Hang your prayer flags. Whisper your lungta. Let the winds carry your wishes into the ether.

Altitude. Intention. Release.

PM: Back to Earth—with Blessings.
Descend and head toward Punakha. Stop by Chimmi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility, where irreverence and reverence live in perfect harmony. Then check into your hotel. You’ve earned the rest.

Thimphu → Dochula → Punakha: 74km | 2hrs
From mountaintop mantras to valley vibes.

AM: Hike. Meditate. Eat With the Gods.
Begin with a soul-stirring hike to Khamsum Yulley Chorten—an architectural offering built to clear negative forces and amplify peace. Find a quiet spot. Breathe. Meditate like the world depends on it. Then break bread with the mountains—picnic style.

Walk with purpose. Sit with silence. Eat like a monk on holiday.

PM: Monastic Beats & Fortress Feels.
Head to Talo Monastery, perched above the clouds, where prayers echo through pine-scented air. Sit with the monks, light your inner fire. Then roll down to the legendary Punakha Dzong—where rivers meet and history stands tall.

Stillness. Power. And a little bit of magic.

AM: Road to Reverence.
Cruise through winding valleys back to Paro—no rush, just mountain silence and spirit in motion. Make a soul stop at Tara Monastery. Light incense. Offer Tara prayers. Ask for protection, compassion, and maybe just a bit of badass inner peace. Lunch follows, flavored with purpose.

Drive. Pray. Refuel the body and the spirit.

PM: Ancient Vibes & Final Offerings.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang—one of Bhutan’s oldest, most sacred temples. Sit with monks. Offer butterlamps. Let your prayers rise with the smoke and settle into something deeper.

Punakha → Paro: 115km | 3hrs
The journey winds down, but your spirit’s just getting started.

AM: Hike to the Edge of Heaven.
Lace up for the legendary climb to Tiger’s Nest—Bhutan’s sacred icon clinging to the cliffs. Breathe deep. Hike hard. Once at the top, drop into stillness. Meditate where legends were born. Light a butterlamp. Offer your prayers to Guru Rinpoche. Leave behind what no longer serves you.

This isn’t just a hike. It’s a pilgrimage.

PM: Back to Earth, Full of Light.
Roll into Paro town for your final chapter—shop for soul-soaked souvenirs, and toast your journey with dinner under Himalayan skies.

End strong. End sacred. End with stories to tell.

AM: Depart, but Don’t Disconnect.
Check out. But know this—Bhutan doesn’t let go that easy. You’re leaving the land of thunder dragons, butterlamps, and mountain stillness… but something ancient is coming with you.

The flight’s temporary. The transformation? That’s yours to keep.
