Druk Path Trek – Day 1: Paro to Jele Dzong
Kick off the trek with a 30-minute feeder road drive to the trailhead. From there, it’s game on: a gradual climb through grassy slopes and dirt trails into pine-scented silence.
Expect rocky switchbacks, a few short but punchy uphills, and a final push to your campsite near the ancient Jele Dzong, perched like a fortress in the clouds.
