This 10-day ride starts in the wild southeast and takes you through misty valleys, farm hamlets, and winding mountain roads—straight into the soul of Bhutan. Mongar – Bumthang: 190km (5hrs)
AM: Journey to the serene Phobjikha Valley, where the road unwinds into alpine meadows and mystical mists. En route, stop by the iconic Gangtey Monastery, perched above the valley like a guardian of peace.
PM: After lunch, wander along the Gangtey Nature Trail, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and let stillness settle in. If you’re lucky and it’s the season, catch a glimpse of the rare and graceful Black-Necked Cranes gliding across the wetlands.
📍Bumthang → Phobjikha | 162km | ~5hrs
